This quick keto vanilla berry trifle bowl creates an elegant layered dessert with very little effort using convenient low carb shortcuts. Ingredients
- 2 cups keto-friendly pound cake or keto muffins, cubed
- 2 cups keto vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries, or mixed berries
Optional Additions
- Small pinch of stevia extract powder for berries
- Keto whipped cream
- Chopped pecans or almonds
- Sugar free white chocolate shavings
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Wash and dry the berries.
- Slice larger strawberries if using.
- Optional: Lightly sprinkle the berries with a very small amount of stevia extract powder and toss gently.
- Place a layer of keto cake cubes into the bottom of serving glasses or bowls.
- Spoon a layer of keto vanilla yogurt over the cake pieces.
- Add a layer of berries.
