Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp stevia extract powder or liquid
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 4 Tbsp water
Optional toppings:

- Unsweetened dark chocolate chips
- Chopped unsweetened baking chocolate
Instructions
- Spoon the peanut butter into a microwave-safe mug or small bowl.
- Microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
- Stir until smooth.
- Stir in the stevia and baking soda.
- Add the water slowly while stirring until the mixture becomes smooth and pudding-like.
- Add optional toppings if desired.
- Microwave on high for about 55 seconds for a cake-like texture.
- For a softer lava-style texture, microwave for about 45 seconds instead.
