Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp stevia extract powder or liquid
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 4 Tbsp water

Optional toppings:

  • Peanuts, whole or chopped
  • Unsweetened dark chocolate chips
  • Chopped unsweetened baking chocolate

Instructions

  1. Spoon the peanut butter into a microwave-safe mug or small bowl.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. Stir in the stevia and baking soda.
  5. Add the water slowly while stirring until the mixture becomes smooth and pudding-like.
  6. Add optional toppings if desired.
  7. Microwave on high for about 55 seconds for a cake-like texture.
  8. For a softer lava-style texture, microwave for about 45 seconds instead.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before eating.
